Service Options with Warranty

Monthly

This service should be reserved mostly for food handling establishments and industrial sites. We can mix monthly (rodent and kitchen) service with our Quarterly or Every Other Month exterior services when it saves the customer money.

Every Other Month

Ideal for homes and businesses with heavy pest pressure. It costs a little more per year but 6 scheduled services are preformed instead of 4.

Quarterly

Ideal for homes without heavy pest pressure or where an appointment is needed to gain access to service sites. It costs less per year to maintain and carries the same warranty as the more frequent service options.

I am still so happy working with Dennis and UnLucky bugs. They offer the best customer service. I was able to get help on a holiday weekend within an hour of when I called.
